Arrived on evening shift ,staff and Fela had not returned from green pastures on arrival. They came in shahab gave handover , after handover Fela was vocal unhappy , sitting at the corridor to his shower room , he then went to the lounge he became agitated so we gave him space , he was calm then . TEACCH board updated . supplements given , we all sat to eat after a prayer .He was served his hot chocolate. He took a very long time to eat so he missed exercise , had his massage . Fela was served his snack and tea and supplements ,he was assisted upstairs to have his bath . He was splashing happily at the time of this report
