Fela got out the bath at 21:50he dried himself and then had his sleep tincture. He used the toilet and then went upstairs. He did his routine brilliant and used the toilet again before getting into bed. I left his music on and then said goodnight. Fela was in bed by 22:05. Fela was asleep by 23:15 fela slept until 1:50am he used the toilet at 2:25 and then got back into bed. Fela was awake then untill 6:40. Fela is still asleep on me leaving
