Shift Report:
WA & MH handed over, said hello to Fela who was seated on his sofa. Updated the TEACCH board with Fela and he agreed to it. Went on to make dinner, we all sat, prayed and ate together, later took his hot chocolate and dried the dishes too. He went on to sit on his sofa, very noisy for sometime and later calmed down, had a shave from MH, his shoulder massager and served his evening snack. I ran his bath and MH assisted him to bath. Splashing happily at the entry of my report.
