Arrived at Fela’s with SS, WA handed over and Fela was done with his breakfast. We started cleaning and afterwards the TEACCH board was updated with Fela and he agreed to it with thumbs up. SS drove us to Brough Park at Leek for a walk, we did an hour walk and Fela had his snack halfway through and went to the car. SS drove us back home as Fela was soaked in sweat, we changed his clothes and started lunch, we all sat, prayed and ate together afterwards he had his chocolate brownie and water. He went to relax after his lunch, SS started Makaton with Fela as I did other chores and joined them later. Fela got served his snack and used the toilet, washed his hands and returned to sit on his sofa, listening to music. VE arrived for his shift, got handover and when leaving Fela was vocally happy seated.
