Fela was out of bath after he had his sleepmix. He dried body, then we went upstairs at 9.35pm for the rest of his night routine. Wore his pyjamas and changed dressing on left side of the face. Said prayers and gave head massage. Left Fela in bed at 10.05pm. He slept at 11.12pm and woke up at 2.29am. was prompted to use the toilet, he did. Got back in bed, stayed awake. He later slept at 5.21 and woke up at 6.15am. I went up at 6.45am with his supplement, tea and apple, he was noisy and did some messing before settling to have them.
