On arrival I had handover and said hello to Fela I then started to cook dinner. At dinner time Fela kept asking for 5 and also signed that he was in pain we asked where and he pointed to his head.
Before dinner Fela indicated he had pain and pointed to his head. I applied some tiger balm before he started his dinner. Fela ate his dinner very quickly and had his hot choc he became adjitated while at the dining table. When back on the sofa Fela had his neck massager on as he had requested it before dinner when telling us he had head ache. Fela looked very tiered had his snack and was in the bath by 21.20 assisted by Emma.
