Shift Report:
Dried himself with a little assistance, Fela and I went to his bedroom at 21:54, to continue with the rest of the evening routine. All needs met, we said the evening prayer and he was in bed at 22:17. Fela slept at 23:00 through till this morning 07:00 when he was awake, I prompted him to use the toilet (bowel & urine), took his supplements, tea and fruit and then showered. Clothed, all creams applied and he brushed his teeth, came downstairs for breakfast. EO & DW arrived for their shift and I gave them handover.
