Shift Report:
Fela was in his bedroom at 22:07, done with his evening routine at 22:20, he slept at 22:44. First wake at 3:00, he went to pass urine, returned to sleep at 5:17 and I woke him up at 6:30. Morning routine commenced, supplements taken, passed urine and showered, brushed his teeth and came for breakfast. Treaded before saying a prayer, took his supplements after and I have handover to WA & SS before going to finish his routine.
