Was giving sleep mix 21:38pm and was out of the bath at 21:41pm
We went upstairs for his evening routine and had his head massage and was in bed by 22:02pm and slept around 23:07pm He woke up at 5:40pm prompted him to go to the toilet he went to bed and didn’t sleep again At 6:32 he was served with his supplement ,fruit and tea. I assisted him to have his shower and morning routine.
