Fela was out of the bath at 22.10 with the assistance of Rob. I watched and assisted when needed. Fela went upstairs went through his bed time routine with Rob while I watched. Fela was in bed by 22.50. Fela was asleep by 23.35 slept through until 7.10 using the toilet and getting immediately back into bed. Rob took his supplements up. He then used the toilet before getting into the shower with Robs assistance. Rob then went through Felas morning routine. I made some supplements up as they were very low. Fela came down for breakfast. On leaving Fela had just finished his porridge.
