Fela was done with his bath at 9:50 i assisted him to dry himself, he then had his sleep mix and brushed his teeth. Afterwards,we went to his room and went through his sleep routine with him.He was in bed by 10:30. We said a prayer and I massaged him with his sleep oil, he looked relaxed and he was smiling. He took a while before falling asleep but he was calm throughout, he then slept at 12:20. He slept through till 5.20am and i went to his room at 6:00am.
We came downstairs for his morning routine. He took his wake supplement then had a shower. He then brushed his teeth and sat down at the dining room and had his breakfast . He then had his AM supplements with a glass of water. We went upstairs and he used the toilet first,we then got for the day. We came downstairs and fela went to the lounge. MH and WA came in for the day shift. Handover was then done. Fela was relaxed in the lounge at time of report.
