On arrival Fela had just got back from education and was sitting in his chair listening to music. I had handover. Julie then updated the board with Fela. Fela later requested a facial trim so I gave have a good shave and cleaned his keyloids afterwards applying new plasters. Fela refused foot physio and handle he looked very tired. We then all sat at the table for dinner and said prayer, Fela ate well. Afterwards I asked Fela if he would like to go for a walk he said no so he chose a DVD to watch instead – he chose Amille. During the film Fela was falling asleep myself and Julie prompted Fela to stay awake. He then had his snack and looked happy. I then ran his bath. Julie assisted with his bath routine and was in the bath by 20.40. He is happily splashing.
