I arrived at Felas house and had handover from Carla. Fela was in the shower room on the toilet assisted him with getting into the shower. I then returned 10mins later to complete Felas morning routine he did this well but was vocal throughout. Once downstairs for breakfast he put his apron on and we said prayer together, I put the fan on due to Fela sweating a lot. Emma phoned the wallice centre to see how busy they were they were very busy due to it being the weekend. I updated the board and put walk at home on the board. Fela then had his snack. Fela refused both of us when asked to do walk at home asking for 5 on all occasions. Fela then had his lunch and desert and went to sit on his chair afterwards I updated his board. Later I asked Fela if he wanted to watch the DVD that he chose but again asked for 5. After 5 I asked again and he agreed. We watched the DVD once finished Fela had music. Handover given.
