Reached at Fela’s home for my Shift. Say hello to Fela he was settled in the lounge on sofa and listing music. RP came in and we took handover from Mina. Petty cash counted and signed by everyone. Teacch board updated with Fela. Fela had his hand therapy with fidget toys ball. Carla came in and she dropped off some activities stuff for Fela and she left. Fela had his morning snacks and smoothie. Around 11:00am District Nurse came in and he did the Fela’s keloids dressing. We also requested Nurse to drop some more dressing stuff ( Dressing pad, scissors, tap, Adhesive removal spray ). he said that he will drop more stuff by tomorrow. We prepared Fela’s lunch. Fela had his medication, lunch, glass of water and dessert. Fela was asking for the Bombay mix right after the lunch. We requested Fela that we’ll served him later. He went back to the lounge we put Tom & Jerry cartoons for him he was happy with the cartoons. After that we did the cutting, pasting and writing activity with Fela. Fela was excited and was happy with all the activities as well. We did the Makatons with Fela but Fela didn’t show his interest in it. We offered him the vegetable sticks he refused so we served him Bombay mix. DW came in for his shifts. Teacch board updated again. Fela refused the exercises. Fela had his medication, dinner glass of water and hot chocolate. Fela did his foot physio and hadal exercise. He refused for the shoulder massage and requested for the foot spa, so we gave him the foot spa he became relaxed after getting foot spa. Fela used toilet and opened his bowels. Fela had his snack and sleepwell tea. Assistant Fela to the bath. He was having bath and calm. Say good bye to Fela and finished my shift.
