Shift Report:
On arrival, Fela was just finishing off with his snacks, I said hello to him and he waved back. Received handover from Mina, we signed petty, and I updated the board. Fela did his foot physio exercise. We all had dinner, then Fela had his hot chocolate drink. He declined evening exercise and requested for shoulder massage, then had hisevening snack. Fela dialed and spoke with mama on the phone, and Carla gave advice concerning Fela’s sleep. He had his shave. Kingsley ran his bath and assisted him.
