I started my shift at 9:00am. I met and greeted fela. Fela was having his breakfast that time. We took handover from WA and signed petty cash. Fela was vocal unhappy in this morning. Then Carla ranged to ask how fela is and does he wanted to go for Canoeing. We asked from fela and he confirmed to go. Then we updated his TEACCH board accordingly. Then we started doing the chores. We cleaned his shower room, hoovered upstairs and downstairs, mopped the floor, emptied room bin and etc. Then, calra came home at 10:40am and fela getting ready to go. Then we gone to the tunstall park. Fela was also vocal in the car. Kingsley went into the lake shown fela that it is safe to go inside but fela changed his mind and started walk off from there. Me and Carla was with fela so fela was vocal and requested to go to the toilet. Then fela went to the cafe to use the toilet (PU). We asked again where he wanted to go bow then he chosen his home. He had his snack and water in his car. Then we came back to his home. He had his medication, lunch and lunch desser at home and was vocal unhappy. He was wondering in his lounge and at 1:28pm he went to sleep on his sofa with music on but actually we slept at 2:00pm. He woke up around 3:00pm. Then he had his makaton class. After that he had his lunch with cup of tea and medication. He is listening to the songs now. He is on baseline on my end of the shift.
