Fela was out of bath at 9:45, I assisted him to dry himself. We then went to his room and went through the night routine, he was in bed by 10:00. I gave him some massage then i switched off the lights and left.
Fela slept at 10:30 all through till 1:30where i prompted him to use the toilet. I went and checked his bed it was dry. He went back to bed and slept again at 3:40. I went to his room at 6:30and gently woke him up. I switched off the radio and opened the curtains fully. We then went downstairs where he had his supplements and then a shower.
He then had his breakfast then took his supplements. We later returned upstairs and he got dressed for the day. Day staff arrived and i gave handover.
