I arrived for shift and said hello to fela. I had handover and then I did the board with fela. We started some chores and then I gave fela his snack. I did some more chores and then I put t.d jakes on for fela has he chose that out of the book. Fela has been asking for cooking and lickings a lot this morning. I watched t d jakes woth fela most of the morning and then we got ready to go carla and Micheals, fela used the toilet before we set off. We arrived at carla and Micheals and we sat down. Fela then used the toilet and he got his apron on. We all sat down for lunch and fela ate well. He then had pudding. Fela got up and went sit in the recliner chair. He then had 2 cups of tea and he got a little agitated while talking to nana hazel. This only lasted a few minutes. He then had his snack and then a manicure. He used the toilet and then got his shoes and coat in and wanted to sit in the car. We returned home and fela took his shoes off and went sit in the sofa. Handover given before leaving
