Shift Report:
Fela arrived and was vocal unhappy/adjitated when he calmed after around 20mins I did Felas board with him and started to prepare dinner. We sat and said prayer Fela ate well but very slowly he then had his hot chocolate and returned to the sofa. Fela refused any kind of exercise instead he had his pillow massager. He used the toilet at 20.00 and had a bowel movement with a lot of blood. He then had a small snack once finished Rob ran his bath and did Felas bath routine with him. He is now splashing in the bath.
