Arrived on shift with Abi , Kingsley gave handover and petty cash checked. I sat with Fela as he was eating his breakfast, had supplements then sat on his sofa with his tea. Fela relaxed as we did all chores. Went through the board with Fela and agreed to all and education with Liz. Made Fela his snack and drink. After we did improved health with Jules. Fela seems in a very good mood. Sat listening to music. I prepared Fela’s lunch. At lunch Fela used the toilet, put an apron on, sat, said prayer then ate. After he had a dessert and water. Sat on the sofa until time to go Education with Liz. He did very well and seemed very happy and smiles. He had his snack and drink in the car on our return journey.
When home , Fela took outer clothes and shoes off then sat relaxing to music. In a very good vocal mood. Took bins out. Sitting listening to music at time of report.
