Fela was done with his breakfast when SS & I arrived for the morning shift. After handover CC rang and spoke to DW concerning Fela’s sleep and the board was then updated. Chores were done, bag packed and we headed to the gym, an hour of exercise trying rowing, indoor walking, cycling and elliptical training, Fela went to use the toilet and we went to his car. He had his mid morning snack, water and SS drove us home, Fela took his shoes, socks and wore his indoor shoes. He came to the kitchen to sit down as I made lunch, SS sat with him and they ate together, dessert and water taken afterwards and he came to dry the dishes. We did Makaton, MC & CC came into drop some items for Fela and the house and then CC spent time with Fela and read him a story “Mr Large in Charge”. They then said goodbye to us and Fela then left, Fela started his foot physio and I applied tiger balm to parts of his body after CC advised. I also passed on some information to MH for the sleep tonight when he came in. Handover given and when leaving Fela was starting his dinner supplements.
