On arrival Fela was sitting on the sofa I said hello and had handover from Julie. We then started some chores while Fela relaxed Claire did the board with Fela. Fela then put on his shoes after he had finished his morning tea. He used the toilet before putting on his outdoor wear. We drove to Aldi to collect his shopping once we collected it we drove to Burslem Park we walked for 25mins Fela did very well. We then drove to the butchers to collect his meat for the week. Once back home Claire put away the shopping while I assisted Fela with faking his outdoorwear off. He then sat down on the sofa listening to music until lunch time. At lunch time we all sat said prayer Fela ate well and had fruit cake for desert. Once he had finished he asked for a nap but seemed to be alert and happy. Claire updated the board and used his timer for 10 min countdown when we returned to do makaton Fela was fast asleep on his sofa with his head back. Claire instructed Fela to lay down which he did straight away. I dont think he slept much he used the toilet had bowels opened and returned to lay down. He sat up at 16.00 and we did makaton together. He then had his snack which he ate very slowly. I updated his board we then did foot physio and handle while marc cooked dinner. When dinner was ready he asked for 5 which we gave him and then we sat down waiting for Fela to join us which he did after picking things up and putting then down for a further 5 mins. We then all said prayer and ate together. Fela was stabbing at his food but eventually calmed. He then had hot chocolate wiping the table clean afterwards. He then went to sit on the sofa with relaxing music. I later gave Fela a shave Fela refused all exercise this evening he then had his snack spoke to mama and then I ran his bath. He did his bath routine well and is now splashing in the bath.
