I arrived for my shift fela was sitting on the sofa listening to music. I went and said hello then had handover from Julie.
Julie left
I went updated the baord with fela. He then drank his cup of tea. Dan cleaned and creamed fela keliod and applied plaster.
We then got our shoes on fela used toielt past urine. Once fela had finished in the bathroom he got hos hat,scarf and coat on and we all got in to the car. We headed to aldi abd got the click and collect once finished at aldi we went on to burslem park.
On arriving at burselm fela was little vocal but he did well on the walk abd walked for 25 minutes then returned to the car and had his snack. We then went on to the Butcher’s. I went in while fela and Dan remained in the car. Once finsihed at butchers we returned home. On arriving back home flea removed his outer ware and went sat on the sofa and listned to music.
At 1.30pm we sat down for lunch fela said prayer well and ate well. Fela then had his cake. Once finsihed fela removed his apron and went sat on the sofa and relaxed istneing to music while his lunch settled. I updated the baord with fela I then gave fela 15 min hour glass andxexplained when all sand was down to bottom we would do makaton. While fela cleaned light switches and door handles and cloths in forcwash.
I went into kitchen noticexfela had fell asleep so I asked if he wanted to lay down he instantly lay down pulled covered over his head. I made room sleep ready and left fela to sleep he lay down andcwas sleep at 14.55 fela then got up and went to the toielt and had large normal bowel movement he then got back on the sofa and lay down.
Fela woke naturally around 4pm we then did makaton with fela. Fela then had his snack. Marc arrived handover given. Michael then rang I spoke to micheal
On my leaveing fela is eating his snack I went and said bye.
* sorry this is late, I didn’t do it before I left due to handover and talking to Michael on phone I then fell asleep on retruing home*
