Arrived at Fela’s for the sleep shift. Said hello to Fela in the bath and had a handover from Ruth and Anne. They left and I went into Fela and assisted him from the bath, dried his back and Fela did rest. Messed for a few minutes then we both went upstairs and went through the night routine. Fela then brushed his teeth and sat to use the toilet. Took a while on the toilet.
He then messed and threaded a little and then got in bed by 22.15. Messed a little more then had head massage , said prayer then said good night, music on low and left. Fela seemed in a very good playful mood. I left at 22.25. Fell asleep at about 23.10.
On looking back at footage Fela was awake from 04.40, remained quiet. At 07.00 I asked Fela to go to the toilet which he did passing urine. Went up to Fela at 07.10 with tea, supplements and a fruit. Fela seemed in a very good mood.
Had a shower then after Fela brushed his teeth, more messing and threading and then we went through the morning routine. Fela did this well. Went down for breakfast at 08.20, sat , said prayer and ate. Fela had his supplements. Turn sat on his chair listening to music. Relaxing on chair at time of report.
