I arrived for my shift and fela was sat in his rocking chair listening to music. I had handover from Emma bad chole then I went into say hello.
Fela was happily relaxing listening to music. While fela relaxed listened to music we did some chores. And got dinner ready. Fela then set the table ready for dinner
Fela then used the toilet past urine . We then sat down for dinner fela said prayer well and ate neat and tidy after dinner we sat at table for while chatting. Fela then went sat in his rocking chair and chose to watch call of the wild. Chloe cleaned and and creamed fela keloid. Myself and chloe sat with while he watched this
Fela then sat at the table and had his snack, after snck he continued to watch his film call of the wild.
At 8.30 pm fela had phone call off mama. Fela got of the phone to mama at 9pm and went into the bathroom used the toilet had bowl movement this was very small like nuggets and got undressed then in to the bath. I supported fela with his personal care.
On writing this report fela is happily splashing in the bath.
