On arrival I had handover from Julie who told us that Fela had little last during the night and that he is on an amber alert. I said hello to Fela who was sitting on the sofa with Jade. Throughout the morning Fela has been vocal on and off and asking for 5. We recieved a phone call from Carla advising us to offer Fela the choice between green door or a neibourhood walk – Fela chose the walk. I then did the board with Fela. We asked Fela numerous times if he wanted to go for a walk, Fela kept asking for 5 until he said no to the walk. We then started some chores around the house. Later Fela agreed to do walk at home and did very well but was sweating a lot, so I opened the patio door to let the breeze in to cool Fela. Once Fela had finished the walk at home he took himself to the toilet and opened his bowels. Once finished in the toilet we all sat for lunch and said prayer. Fela ate well and wiped the table down afterwards. Fela was happy and smiling. He then sat on the sofa and Jade cleaned his keyloids while I sat with them. Afterwards Fela asked for 5 wanting to be left alone. Later we did makaton together. After makaton was finished Fela did his bingo card game for various body parts and did very well pointing at the body part on himself and the word on the paper. We then left him to relax for a while. Jade then did some colouring with Fela. Emma then arrived, I updated the hoard with Fela Fela took and the cards off the board and stuck them all back on afterwards. After 10 minutes I returned to do foot physio and handle, he then asked for a shave so I gave him a shave. Fela was very demanding pulling me over to the wired shaver after using the battery operated shaver. I then cleaned Felas keyloids. Fela requested me to put tiger balm on his head, chest and back Fela was sweating alot even when sitting down. We then went to sit at the table for dinner. We all said prayer and enjoyed our food. Fela then drank his hot chocolate afterwards started to clean the mats with his towel licking them to clean we told Fela to stop this but he continued.He then returned to the sofa to listen to music. At approximately 18.35 Fela became very vocal unhappy rocking backwards and forwards this lasted until 19.10. Fela refused the gym ball and also refused a DVD asking for 5. Fela has also coughed once during the evening. He then had his snack. Emma did Felas bath routine he is now splashing away in the bath.
