I Arrived for shift and had handover from Julie. Julie reported that fela had very little sleep and is on a Amber alert. I greeted fefa while he was still sat at the table and he didn’t seem to want to communicate. Once fela had finished his drink and supplements he went to sit down. Fela chose to sit on the settee and asked me to sit with him. Put fela some music on and sat with him for five before i gave him some space space relax. I then made fela a cup of tea, he chose pear and apple tea, before he asked for five. We gave fela a choice between going green doors or for a neighborhood walk and he chose neighborhood walk. Dan did the board with fela and I prepared felas snack. Fela asked for five whiksy having his snack. I then did the dishes. After feka had his snack he asked for five again. We then asked fela if he would like to go for his walk and he asked for five. We asked again after about ten minutes and fela asked for five again. We asked him again shortly after and fela declined. We didn’t push him anymore. Fela sat relaxing to music. I then went upstairs to wipe down all hard surfaces and to clean the windows and mirrors. Once finished I prepared fela lunch and he went to the toilet. Fela had a bowel movement. Fela seemed happy so we offered a walk at home which he did happily before we sat down for lunch, we said prayer and ate. After lunch fela cleaned his table and was very happy. when I asked felz for his apron he had me follow him around the table laughing at me and when I undid his apron he turned away from me and tied it again laughing at me. He was having fun. Fela then sat down on the setfe and asked me to sit with him. He then took of his apron and I cleaned his keloids. Fela sat relaxing to music and asked for five. I offered fela colouring but he didnt want to do colouring and asked for five. We did makaton with fela and once we had done the makaton for things in our home fela asked to do makaton on the weather. After makaton I got one of the word sheets from yesterday’s homework, without the picture cards, and asked fela to point to the words as I said body parts. Fela was able to identify what the words were without seeing the cards. We then gave fela five. Fela sat relaxing to music and kept asking for five for about an hour, I then asked fela if he would like to do some colouring and he said yes. I sat colouring with fela and then Emma arrived. Upon departure fela was still sat relaxing to music whilst colouring
