Fela got out the bath at 21:40, he used the toilet and then got himself dry. We went upstairs and he said his routine well, he used the toilet again and had a little bowel movement before getting into bed. We said prayer and I left his nature songs on. Fela was in bed by 22:25. Fela was asleep by 23:00. Fela woke at 2:50 used the toilet and then got back into bed. He went back to sleep around 4:30 untill 6:35. He used the toilet but took around 25 minutes to get back into bed. He had supplements fruit and tea and then had a shower. He did his routine well and came down for breakfast.He then had supplements and is now listening to Bob Marley in his chair.
fela has been coughing a few times in the night and also had a runny nose this morning
