Came on shift with mena, Marc did the handover, fela was having a nap on his sofa, I started to prepare Fela’s dinner , later fela went to the toilet and sat at the table and had his dinner with mena while I did his hot chocolate, then I did the washing up and filled in the food log, later we did walking at home with nick for 15 minutes, naw fela is relaxing in his cheir , later fela had his shave and his evening snack ,mena then asisted fela in his bath routine, fela naw splashing in the bath
