Valentine came on shift 9pm for sleep training, handover given and petty cash checked. VE went through things that are done , prepared during the night shift, he gave Fela sleep mix, Fela became very vocal and agitated, banging walls , shouting, screamed, we retreated and gave Fela space until calmed. Eventually he dried and went upstairs , still agitated so again gave space until calmer. We went up once calm and VE went through the night routine. Fela then brushed his teeth , used toilet then got in bed, VE and Fela said prayer, had massage then we left at 22.25. Body map not completed due to being unsettled very agitated. Asleep by 22.40, awoke 01.40 asleep again at 02.20. Awoke at 05.50. We went up and Fela used the toilet then got in shower. After few minutes went up and VE assisted out and dried, sat on bed and had supplements, fruit and tea. Dressed and brushed his teeth. Came down by 07.10. Messed then put apron on. Messed then sat and had breakfast. Relaxing on sofa at time of report.
