Arrived on shift with Mina, handover from Brandy , petty cash checked and signed. Said hello to Fela playing his harmonica and updated the board which he agreed to. He had a snack and drink. We all got ready, Fela used the toilet, urine, then went in the car to Bathpool , had a good walk and we sat and Fela had his packed lunch and pud. Had a drink then we walked back to car. On return Fela relaxed with music. Asked if he’d like a nap and agreed. Room made ready and lay down with relaxing music. After an hour Fela awoke and used the toilet urine. Sat relaxing , refused makaton but wanted to do word search and did well. Had snack and tea. Did foot physio and handle , spiky ball. Mina arrived on shift , handover given and petty cash checked and signed. Said bye to Fela and left.
