Fela came out of the bath at 9:50pm, had his sleep mix, brushed his teeth, and proceeded to his bedroom to complete his night routine. With minimal prompting, creams were applied and he changed into his nightwear. He was in bed by 10:12pm and asleep by 10:25pm. Fela woke at 1:03am and was prompted to use the toilet, then returned to bed, falling back asleep around 2:00am.
He was woken at 6:40am, took his morning supplements, and had a shower before coming downstairs for breakfast. Afterwards, we went upstairs to finish getting him ready for the day. Mina and Shahab arrived for the morning shift; handover was given and petty cash checked. Fela remained in the lounge, calm and content, listening to music and playing the melodica.
