Arrived on shift with Brandy and Loretta gave handover. Fela was relaxing in the lounge . Board done and went through with Fela ,which he agreed. Fela listened to his music while we completed chores. Fela accepted to have a nap before going out , so lay down, had a nap. Later we got ready and went in the car to Green Door, there wasn’t a session booked although 11.30am was available. so we went to fetch items required for dinner from Lidl then returned. We went in to pay and Fela went up to a hamper that was on a table and quickly took a packet of Lidl chocolate chip cookies and refused to put them back going out of the door and opening them to eat. Still refusing to stop he ate all of them before starting to cycle. We apologised and payed for the cookies. Fela did well cycling. After we returned home, lunch prepared, all sat, said prayer and ate, Fela had his dessert drinks and supplements. He refused to dry dishes then sat in lounge relaxing. Later did makaton and drawing. He then requested another nap, so lay and slept. Woke after 30mins, Had his snack and drink. On 5 separate occasions since coming home Fela has become unsettled , rocking and guttural, for few seconds each time then settled. Esther arrived , handover given said Goodbye
