I arrived for my shift abd fela was in then bath I went to say hello to fela then had handover from Emma and Marc. They both then left.
I prompted fela out of the bath at 9.55pm he got himself dry then used toielt past urine. We then headed upstairs. Fela completed his evening well. He cleaned his teeth then past urine. Fela then washed homis hand then turned cold tap on cup water in his hands and drank it Fela got in to bed we said prayer and then good night.
I left music on low.
Fela was in bed before 10.20pm and asleep by 10 45pm
Fela then was awake at 1.30am from checking cameras but . I heard fela at 2.50am so prompted fela to bathroom he used toielt past urine. Was very nosiy while in the bathroom laughing and hissing He then got back into bed at 2.55am. I prompted fela to lay down and that we nice and quiet as it time for sleep. Fela was vocal at times.
At 4am fela was still wide awke, so I took up his waking supplements. Fela had these. Once finished I flatteren fela pillows, encouraged fela to move down the bed so he was laying flat. I then prompted fela to lay flat and told him it time for sleep.
Fela may off gone to sleep at half 4 til 5 but hard to tell with how he Is layin as his eyes appear shut at 6am fela independently toilet and past urine and had a bowl movment 6.05 fela got back in to bed. From then I didn’t hear fela but his eyes would open and close so unsure if he got anymore sleep.
At 7.20am I heard fela so I took up his fruit once fela had these I prompted him into the bathroom. He turned shower on, got undressed and into the shower. I supported fela with personal hygiene then signed 10mintues to fela.
I went back up to fela prompted him out the shower. Fela then completed his morning routine fela has been sweating a lot so while getting dressed I put his fan on to keep him cool. Fela completed his routine well and once completed headed downstairs. Fela got his apron on but 8.20am sat down drank his aleo juice. We then said prayer fela had his breakfast, fela ate neat and tidy. After breakfast fela had his supplements I sat with fela while he took these.
Once finsihed fela went sat on his sofa I explained to fela about hos rocking chair. Fela sat listneing to music.
Dan Julie arrived detailed handover given and advised them to do walk at home or the gym give fela the chocie.as there is due to a pollen bomb today.
