Arrived on morning shift with Dan. Had handover from Kingsley, checked petty cash and signed. Updated the board and went through with Fela which he agreed. Fela relaxed for a while. All chores were completed. We all got ready and went in the car to butchers then Lidl shopping. Fela was helpful at times. He used the toilet in Lidl then once back in the car he had a shack and drink. We then went to Burslem Park for a walk. On return home said hello to Carla and Michael working in basement and garden. Shopping put away , lunch prepared. We all sat, said prayer and ate. Fela had his dessert and drinks. Sat relaxing in lounge after. Carla and Michael left. Fela dried all dishes. He refused to do makaton and writing , asking for 5 several times. Had a snack and juice drink. Asked again after his snack and again refused. Michael popped in and said hello to Fela, asked if he’d like to go for a walk and agreed. We all got ready and went round Chatterley. On our return Brandy had arrived, she went through the board with Fela, agreeing to all. Dinner was prepared. Had his supplements. We all sat, said prayer and ate. Fela had his drinks and hot choc drink. He dried all dishes after. Fela sat relaxing with music. Fela later refused to do gym ball, asking for 5, asked again after 5 and became little unsettled, so gave space , settled quickly. Fela used his neck massager and seemed much happier. Had snack and tea. Gave fela a shave. Later went through bath routine with him. Relaxing at time of report.
