Fela was out of bath at 9:50. I assisted him to dry his back and in between toes, he then brushed his teeth. We went to his room and went through the nighttime routine. He was in bed at 10:22 and we prayed and massaged with sleep oil before he slept. He slept at 10:50. He tossed and turned afew times but he was calm through out.He woke up at 5:45 and i went to his room at 6:00 and greeted him.I prompted him to use the toilet. I fully opened the curtains and switched off the radio. We then came downstairs. He was vocally unhappy. He went and sat in the kitchen, and when i handed him his wake supplement, he added more water. After he finished, he had his shower then breakfast. He then had his wake supplement followed by a cup of tea. We went upstairs and he got dressed for the day. Day staff arrived, handover done
