Shift Report:
Fela was out of the bath at 22.00 had creams applied and a head massage before bed, fan was left on low and music on volume 9. Was in bed for 22.40 and asleep by 23.30. Fela woke at 2.30 being vocal, asleep again by 3.50 and waking at 7.30. I took his supplements and fruit up. Fela took a while too take his suppliments and then used the toilet and had a bowel movement. On leaving Emma B is helping Fela with his morning routine. Handover given.
