I arrived for shift and fela was just coming down the stairs. He sat down for breakfast and then had handover. Fela finished his breakfast and supplements and then he went and sat on the sofa listening to music. I did the board with fela and then after a while we got ready to go for a walk. We got our shoes on and then fela used the toilet. We then drove to burslem park. We walked half way round and then fela used the toilet and then we walked the long way to the car. We then drove to the butchers and I went in to get the meat. We returned home. After a while we all sat down for lunch. Fela ate well and then had cake and ice cream. He then went and sat on the sofa. Just after 2pm fela asked to have a nap. I made the room dark and quiet and then he slept for around 1 and a half hours. He then sat up and he had his snack. Fela has refused to do anything this afternoon but did manage get him to do some colouring.
Fela has looked really lethargic all day today and really slow processing. He is extra fidgety. Fela is still colouring one while I wrote my report
