Fela was out of bath at 21:40. He brushed his teeth and we went to his room to complete the evening routine. He was in bed by 22:07 and slept at 22:20.
The fan was left on for six hours as it felt a bit warm after his bath. Fela slept though till 5:08 where he woke up and went to the toilet independently. I went and checked his bed and it was dry. He went back to bed but he did not sleep again. At 6:20 we came downstairs and he had his waking supplement and a glass of water. He then had his shower and brushed his teeth.
Later, he settled in the dining room and went prayed before having breakfast. He then had his supplements and went upstairs to get ready for the day.
