On arrival Fela was relaxed listening to music in the lounge was in a good mood when saying hello. We had handover from Marc and signed the petty cash. I then went to update the board with Fela which he agreed to aqua fit with a thumbs up when asked if he wanted to go. Chores were started aswell as bags packed and a packed lunch. Fela then had his snack. Afterwards Fela took himself to the toilet and began to be vocal unhappy returning to the lounge remaining vocal unhappy when asked if he still wanted to go swimming he said ‘no’. both Green door (booked for the 17th) and Aqua fit were canceled (voicemail left for Jubilee 2). Fela was then given the option of the gym which he agreed to and appeared happier. We got ready to leave Fela did a lot of messing in the lounge (more than usual) and was very slow. On arrival at the gym Fela requested the toilet. Mina payed while I took him to the disabled toilets while in the toilet Fela removed all of the toilet paper from the dispenser which was a full roll. Was told to finish and tried to get Fela to stop but carried on, getting adjitated. He put it all inside the toilet basin and flushed, before it could go down I took all of the toilet paper from the basin and moved it to the bin to stop it from getting blocked. Afterwards Fela remained adjitated and emptied all of the hand sanitizer. Before we entered the gym we made the decision to go back to the car due to Felas behaviour. He soon calmed and we drove home. Removed shoes and coat and sat for lunch. We said prayer together. Afterwards he returned to the lounge. Board was updated and Fela helped to fold some bedding. Carla and Michael arrived to drop some things off. We did makaton together (weather and clothing) but refused storytime. He then had his snack and relaxed listening to music. Handover given to King.
