Arrived for my evening shift, Fela, WA & DW were yet to arrive at Deepdale Close. I had a call from CC informing me of their arrival as they left a little late. They arrived and I assisted to get some stuff out of Fela’s car and then took handover from DW & WA. The TEACCH board was updated and ran through with Fela, he had his evening supplement and foot physio. He then had dinner followed with his hot chocolate drink and then he went to use the toilet as he was vocal. He returned later after washing his hands and relaxed on his sofa, he had his shoulder massage and facial trim, keloids cleaned and served his evening snack. He listened to music afterwards and I prepared his bath, WA helped him with the bath routine.
