Assisted Fela to bring him out from the bath. He was in room by 9:55pm. He walked around the room & toilet and the corridor. After all the night routines he used the toilet and passed urine. He was in bed by 10:12pm. He slept at 12:15am and awake by 06:00am. I prompted him to used the toilet. He used the toilet passed urine and back to bed but didn’t sleep again. I went to his room by 6:35am. Say good morning to Fela. Prompted him to used the toilet. He said 5. After 5 he used the toilet passed urine and we went downstairs. He had his awake supplement. He had shower, brushed his teeths, put the gown on and ready for the breakfast. He had breakfast. ( Fela was agitated by the time he awake till breakfast). I asked him if he got any headache he said Yes. I gave him one Willow Bark and applied the tiger balm. After supplement and tea we went upstairs for the other morning routines. After All the morning routines. Went back to downstairs in the lounge. He was listening music. Mina and BK came in for their shifts. Handover given to them and say good bye to Fela.
