Came on shift with Kingsley ,Marc did the handover, fela was up and had his breakfast and relaxing in the living room, I did felas teach board and prepared felas snack to have after his walk , I then did the vacuuming downstairs and upstairs , then it was time to go for a walk at ford green, fela put his shoes on and went to the toilet then put is hat and coat on and went for a drive to ford green, fela walked fast all the way to chatterly Whitfield and back for 40 minutes , fela had a snack when he got back to the car then we drove back home to felas house, fela took his hat and coat off and relaxed in the living room, I then prepared felas lunch , fela went to the toilet and put his apron on and said a prayer and enjoyed his lunch, after lunch fela relaxed for a while and did theme useful signs for each day , later fela had his mid afternoon snack , then fela did some chores wiping the dining room table, fela is naw relaxing in his chair
