Assisted Fela from the bath, dried, had sleep mix then we went upstairs and went through the night routine. Fela then used the toilet and brushed his teeth. Got in bed, said prayer, had head massage, music on low, and left at 21.55. Asleep by 22.15. Awoke 01.50, asked him to use the toilet, which he did and had a wee. I went up and bed was wet, changed bed and Fela washed down. Got back into bed at 02.10, remaining awake although quiet and settled until 04.10, then slept soundly until Fela awoke at 07.15 and I went up with supplements, tea and fruit at 07.20. Had shower after then went through morning routine. Went down for breakfast at 08.10. Sitting relaxing at time of report.
