On arrival for my shift, I received handover from Kingsley. The petty cash was counted and signed.
I updated the board and went through it with Fela. He then took his supplements, and the keto test was completed.
Fela had his dinner in the dining area, followed by his hot chocolate. He appeared very tired throughout.
After dinner, we went to the lounge where Fela relaxed. He continued to appear tired and sleepy and declined a walk at home with Lucy.
Fela later requested his shoulder massager, which was provided. His snack was then served. Heyhen had a phone call with Mama and Michael, we sang hymns and Carla prayed for Fela before ending the zoom call.
Fela’s bath was prepared, and Shahab supported him through his bath routine. He was gently splashing and appeared settled at the time of this report.
