I arrived for my shift with LP. We took handover from Mina. We completed all the household chores. Carla called us and we had come chat. Board updated with Fela. We served him with bone broth.
We got ready for a walk and drove to Brought Park in Leek. After a 45-minute walk we returned to the car. He ate his packed lunch there and then we drove back home. Upon arrival, we changed his clothes. He picked up a CD and asked to play it. We put it on the DVD player for him. ( Despicable me 3.)
When it was time for Makatons he refused and requested for five minutes. We gave him a five-minute hourglass. After five he refused again. Later we did education ( communication book ).We served him with his snacks. He picked another movie again to watch. ( The Bee). Then he did foot physio and handle exercise. The Bee movie wasn’t finished yet and he pick another movie Shrek and requested to play that movie. We requested him that Fela its not finished yet you can watch it later he becomes a bit unsettled not even up-to 2 minutes. We ask him what he wants he pointed to CD then we play the Shrek movie for him.
BK arrived, handover given to her and I said goodbye to Fela.
