On arrival Fela was sitting on the sofa listening to music and seemed happy. We had handover from Claire. I then said hello to Fela and started to bake his apple cake. Julie updated the board and gave Fela his snack after his snack Fela enjoyed the leftover cake lickings. We then started some chores. Fela was asked 3 times if he would like to do walk at home all these times he said no. He then sat down for lunch saying prayer together first he ate well and enjoyed his apple cake afterwards. He then returned to the sofa to listen to music. Julie then cleaned his keyloids and asked Fela if he would like a DVD or a nap – he chose to take a nap. He lay down at 14.30 and was completely silent until 16.20 refusing his snack at 15.15 requesting more sleep he wake up in a good mood and used the toilet. Afterwards Fela sat to watch a DVD. Emma arrived had handover. I then updated the board with Fela while Emma started dinner. We sat for dinner and said prayer Fela ate well and had his hot chocolate afterwards. Once finished fela returned to the sofa to relax at 19.00 fela had his foot massager and at 19.30 I gave him a shave as he had requested. Later at 20.00 Emma made Frlas snack and tea. Once he had finished Fela spoke to his mama on the phone. Emma then started to run Felas bath. Emma did felas routine. On leaving fela is in the bath.
