Shift Report:
I arrived for shift and fela was sitting on the sofa. I said hello and then had handover. I started to prepare dinner and then once it was done we all sat down. Fela ate well and then had his hot chocolate. He then went and sat on the sofa and we cleaned up. Fela didn’t want anyone woth him again today he kept asking for 5. Dan have him his foot massager and then a shave. He had snack and then a phone call from mama. I supported fela with his bath routine
