Fela got out the bath at 21:55. He used the toilet and then did his routine well. Fela was in bed with lights out at 22:15. Fela was asleep by 23:00. Fela woke at 1:50am he used the toilet and then got back into bed. Fela fell asleep around 4am. I woke fela at 6:45 for his supplements and then he used the toilet and then got back into bed saying he wanted to sleep. Fela was vocal quiet but looks very sleepy and looks half and half. So I just left him to rest I took his Fruit and tea up at 7:50 he then got in the shower and did his morning routine well. Downstairs for 8;25 and breakfast and supplements had and is now sitting in the sofa listening to music
