After Fela was done with his bath, he brushed his teeth and we went to his room to complete his evening routine.
Fela was in bed by 22:10. I gave him a massage, and his music was left playing on a low volume. I did not switch the fan on as the room felt slightly cold. I then left his room.
Fela fell asleep at 22:30.
He slept through until 01:50, when he woke independently. I prompted him to use the toilet and checked his bed, which was wet. The bedding was changed, and Fela was assisted to change into fresh pyjamas.
Fela then returned to bed, and I placed a brown blanket over his duvet as the room felt cold. He tossed and turned for approximately one hour before settling back to sleep at 03:02.
Fela woke independently again at 06:01. I went to his room at 06:30. We came downstairs, and he had a glass of water and supplements before taking a shower.
Breakfast was then prepared and served. Fela remained quiet throughout the morning.
We later went upstairs to complete his morning routine. Afterwards, Fela came back downstairs and relaxed in the lounge.
